Welcome to Golf Creator Tour (“GCT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, content, products, memberships, events, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

2. About Golf Creator Tour

Golf Creator Tour is a platform for golf creators to apply, join, and participate in a competitive creator community. Users may apply for membership, create profiles, connect eligible social accounts, participate in challenges, track rankings and points, view events, and qualify for Golf Creator Tour competitions and the annual Golf Creator Open.

We may approve, deny, suspend, or revoke access to any account, application, membership, or feature at our discretion.

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it current.

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;

  • all activity under your account;

  • promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, or create risk for GCT, its users, sponsors, or partners.

4. Membership, Applications, and Approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, membership, event access, sponsorship opportunities, ranking eligibility, or selection for any competition.

We may establish additional rules for:

  • membership eligibility;

  • creator verification;

  • minimum audience thresholds;

  • public profile requirements;

  • event qualification;

  • points eligibility;

  • code of conduct;

  • sponsored challenge participation.

Application fees, entry fees, membership dues, and similar payments, if any, are non-refundable unless we state otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Challenges, Rankings, and Events

The Services may include challenges, rankings, referral programs, points systems, leaderboards, event invitations, and qualification pathways. We may modify, suspend, or cancel any challenge, leaderboard, point rule, event format, prize structure, qualification standard, or reward at any time.

We reserve the right to review and verify all submissions, points, and participation activity. We may remove content, adjust rankings, disqualify participants, or revoke awards if we believe activity was fraudulent, misleading, manipulated, unsafe, offensive, or inconsistent with our rules or brand standards.

Participation in any live event, competition, or challenge may require separate rules, waivers, releases, or eligibility verification.

6. Social Account Connections

You may choose to connect third-party accounts such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or similar services. By connecting a third-party account, you authorize us to access and use the information you permit through that service, subject to your settings and that platform’s terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party platforms, APIs, outages, policy changes, account restrictions, content removals, or data accuracy coming from those services.

7. User Content

You may submit, upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available content through the Services, including profile information, photos, videos, links, social metrics, comments, challenge submissions, and event-related materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to us, you grant GCT a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, and promote that User Content in connection with operating, marketing, improving, and promoting the Services, GCT events, and related media.

You represent that:

  • you own or control the rights to your User Content;

  • your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights;

  • your User Content is accurate and not misleading.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • violate any law or regulation;

  • impersonate any person or entity;

  • submit false metrics, fake engagement, manipulated content, or fraudulent referrals;

  • interfere with the Services or other users;

  • scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the Services without permission;

  • upload malware or harmful code;

  • harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others;

  • use the Services in a way that harms GCT, its members, sponsors, venues, or partners.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services, including our branding, logos, graphics, content, software, designs, and materials, are owned by GCT or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

10. Sponsorships and Third-Party Offers

The Services may feature sponsors, advertisers, partners, affiliates, venues, or third-party offers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party goods, services, promotions, policies, or performance.

Any dealings you have with third parties are between you and that third party.

11. Payments

If we offer paid memberships, event entries, merchandise, subscriptions, or other paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges. Prices and availability may change at any time.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers. We do not store full payment card information unless explicitly stated.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GCT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted or error-free operation;

  • acceptance into membership or events;

  • specific ranking, points, visibility, sponsorships, or business results;

  • third-party platform availability or functionality.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GCT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, SPONSORS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GCT and its officers, directors, owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, sponsors, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

  • your use of the Services;

  • your User Content;

  • your violation of these Terms;

  • your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.

15. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Palm Beach County, Florida], and you consent to their jurisdiction.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms and revise the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
